Manga Baikoku Kikan

At the dawn of the 20th century, a tiny republic was caught in the middle of a kingdom and an empire - both of whom had designs to manipulate the country to suit their own interests. To protect itself from the two opposing sides, the republic assembled a team of dedicated soldiers with the mission of subduing any and all revolution or dissent. This is the story of the Opera House, a unit tasked with preserving the republic's sovereignty.
